Our 4 week Meal Plan

September 6, 2010 By Melanie Roberts 11 Comments

Finally.. Here is my Meal Plan for the next 4 weeks. We stick to our plan 99% of the time, we may change a meal cause things come up but we always work it in somehow.

I also stockpile so most of these items are in my stockpile, I may need to buy a few items and Fresh vegetables or salads. we usually have a salad of some sort or Bread, depending on the dish.

would love to see what you are cooking or give feedback on how you liked a recipe that I posted;Or if you have a Blog with Recipes, just leave your link in the comments and I will check it out and we may add it to our next meal Plan

I will post all the recipes that are not posted yet once we made the meal so come back often and check out my tap for the meal planner ……………

Enjoy….

I love to do 2 weeks at a time, that way I can skip a week, but we have a lot of meat in the freezer so I made a meal plan for a month, it’s not that bad once you get used to it, and now I don;t have to worry about it for a month….:-) Thanks for stopping by… will follow you now, too 🙂
